Ordering information:
You can order from us in two ways:
1) Online. When ordering online simply click on the "Cart" button on the item description page. You will be automatically taken to "Shopping Cart" page, where you can modify the quantity of pre-packs you wish to order. Click on the "checkout" button to complete your order and make a payment. We accept credit cards and paypal payments. After you have placed an order, we will send a confirmation letter to your e-mail address.
2) By phone. Attention: Our phone number has changed to 415-828-1490. Call us Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM (PST). We are ready to take your order or to answer any questions you have.
There is no minimum order amount, however, all styles are sold in pre-packs of five or six.
Payment information:
We accept PayPal and credit card payments thru our website. When going through the checkout procedure, you will be given an option to pay with paypal or credit card.
Shipping Information:
Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days of when the order was placed.
All domestic orders are normally shipped via UPS Ground. The shipping charge is calculated according to the size of your order during the checkout. Shipping for 1 prepack is $9.00. Shipping for each additional prepack is $3.00. Express shipping is available upon request. Please email or call us if you wish to expedite your order and we will get back to you with a shipping charge quote.
International shipping
International shipping is usually done via USPS Priority Mail. It is a reliable and fast shipping method. It normally takes between 6 and 10 business days to deliver international packages. However, Priority Mail does not provide tracking for shipments. To have your package shipped with a traceable carrier, you can choose USPS International Express Mail. It is little more expensive than Priority, but you will be able to track your package online and it is guaranteed to be delivered within 5 business days. Please contact us by email or phone to let us know what shipping method you prefer and we will get back to you with a shipping charge quote.
We cannot guarantee transit times. Holidays, shipping company conditions and country of destination customs procedures may affect transit time.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All sales are final with the exception of incorrectly shipped items or flawed merchandise. Dare to Wear Fashion Manufacturing manufactures and ships all merchandise locally to ensure quality and consistency in all of its products and order fulfillment. We stand behind our products and are fully committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Please contact us immediately with any questions or concerns about your order and we will do our best to quickly answer or resolve any issue.
